At The Christmas Crew we make holiday lights easy so that you have more time to enjoy the holidays with the ones you love.
Contact & Design: Simply submit our easy, online bid request or give us a call and we will schedule a free, at home consultation. From there we will work with you to design the perfect fit for your home. We’re trained to help you achieve your vision of what your holiday decorations can be. Each home is custom designed and we can do any color or pattern. Our professional techniques keep your home looking clean and classy for those crisp holiday nights with your family and friends.
Installation: Our team understands how much work and care has gone into your home. We take all precautionary steps to insure the lights are safely installed. This includes making sure all strands are custom fitted to your home, as well as concealing any loose cords or wiring. In addition, the timers we provide are able to be automatically turned on and off. Before we sign off on your home we do a full walk-through of the display to ensure everything is perfect.
Products: Our products are all commercial grade and because they are manufactured to some of the highest standards available, they will last you years to come. We are able to buy our products in bulk and in turn we pass these savings onto you. And because we use energy efficient LED lights, you save even more on electricity costs!
Maintenance: Since we use the highest quality products available you should not have any issues. However if you do, simply give us a call, send us an email, or text us and we’ll be out within 48 hours. Also take comfort in knowing we are fully-insured should you have any concerns with our work.
Removal: All holiday decorations will be taken down with the same amount of efficiency and care with which they were installed. Take-downs are completed in January and you do not need to schedule an appointment.
Storage: We offer free holiday lighting storage for after the season. No need to have the lights taking up valuable space or for you to worry about locating them next year. We will keep your lights safe and give you a receipt listing all the items stored.
Warranty: As long as you are a customer with us, we warranty all of our products and replace any defected or worn products.
